In fact, you can use all natural ingredients for your very own spa treatment as well. The ingredients can be found at your local grocery store for just a few dollars, and you can pick them up while you are doing your regular grocery shopping.

This do-it-yourself facemask is the perfect fit for dull, dry winter skin and will leave you feeling fresh and energized.

Avocado Carrot Cream Mask

Avocado provides your skin with Vitamin E and carrots are rich in the antioxidant beta-carotene. Cream is high in calcium and protein. Honey helps skin retain moisture. these ingredients will fade age spots, rebuild collagen and improve skin tone.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tablespoons honey

To Make

Peel and chop the carrot. Boil until soft. Strain and allow the carrot to cool. Mash into a medium bowl. Spoon the avocado into the bowl and mash. Add egg and honey. Continue to combine all ingredients until the mixture is smooth.

Usage Instructions

  • Cleanse your face as you typically do before bedtime.
  • Gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel.
  • Apply the mixture evenly to your face and neck, creating a mask.
  • Let the mask sit for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Rinse it off with cool water.
  • Pat your face dry.
  • Proceed with your usual nighttime skincare routine, including moisturizer, toner, or any other products you typically use on your skin.
